Selected applied-AI work
Systems that make ambitious work possible.
I use AI to build structured working systems—not to outsource judgment. The projects below combine careful scoping, persistent context, controlled workflows, verification and extensive human revision.

AI-enabled scale.
My approach
AI is most valuable when the work has structure.
I am interested in the point where AI stops being a clever drafting tool and becomes part of a dependable production system. That requires explicit standards, controlled source material, repeatable workflows and a human who remains accountable for the result.
Each project below began with a real problem: maintaining two distinct creative voices, controlling hundreds of interdependent compliance details, or converting the knowledge of a small business into a credible digital experience.
Define the objective, evidence and decision gates before producing outputs.
Stress-test important facts, logic, completeness and user experience.
Revise until the work is accurate, useful and recognizably mine.
Media systems
One production architecture. Two genuinely different channels.
A complete AI-assisted editorial and script-production environment for Life in Canada без драмы and AJ Mancave Hobbies.
The challenge was not simply to produce scripts faster. LIC requires evidence, technical credibility and natural Russian. AJ requires personal ownership, humour and an informal hobby-channel voice. A generic content workflow would flatten both.
I designed a shared core for research, authenticity and production discipline, then separate channel constitutions that protect each channel’s purpose and voice. The system can operate quickly on a simple hobby video or shift into high-rigor mode for a tax, pension or compliance topic.
- One shared master production protocol
- Separate LIC and AJ editorial constitutions
- Operating templates and invocation system
- Channel-specific knowledge and memory architecture
- Four production modes and three rigor lanes
- Viewer-value, cold-audience and distribution gates
- Three-year U.S. day tracker and Form 8840 readiness
- Canadian residency, T1135 and healthcare screening
- Medical, insurance, home and vehicle readiness
- Rent-versus-buy and property due-diligence pathways
- Estate, digital-access and survivor-readiness controls
- Emergency-return and annual evidence calendar
Technical playbooks
Canadian Snowbird in the USA: from research to operations.
A bilingual preparation and annual-operations system for Canadians spending extended periods in the United States.
This project had to reconcile tax presence, immigration and admission, Canadian residency, provincial healthcare, insurance, property, estate planning and emergency readiness. A conventional narrative report would not be enough: the user needed tools, branches, deadlines and evidence controls.
I used AI to maintain cross-document consistency and extend research coverage while retaining strict human review. The integrated English master was translated into natural Russian terminology and then transformed into operational annual checklists and supporting tools.
Small-business websites
Turning an owner’s knowledge into a credible online presence.
An AI-assisted, human-led workflow for discovery, positioning, copywriting, design and responsive development.
TK’s Tire & Auto became the first complete case study. The goal was to represent a trusted Calgary neighbourhood repair shop without making it look like a generic dealership or an over-produced technology company.
I shaped the shop’s value proposition, information hierarchy and warm, straightforward voice; developed the responsive visual system; and implemented service content, trust signals, contact actions, accessibility basics, search metadata and structured local-business data.
Strategy · Copy · Design · DevelopmentThe common thread
AI expands capacity. Judgment creates value.
I am always interested in ambitious projects that need structure, clarity and a practical result.
